Learning Design

I design engaging learning experiences that combine sound pedagogy, clear instructional design, and a deep understanding of learner needs. My work spans course design, content development, assessment design, teacher training, and learning experience improvement.

My Approach

I believe that good learning design must have human connection at its heart. Without that, it’s almost impossible to create the necessary atmosphere to collaborate effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and other members of your team.

Human-centred learning design also means a focus on the learner and being their advocate throughout the whole process.

My background in education helps me balance learner needs, business goals, and subject matter expertise to create meaningful learning experiences that are both engaging and effective.
